xaber quest creator (beta)

Xaber was created in order to simplfy the creation of quests for Vortex Aber
mub (later phoenix). It outputs files that were compatible with the original
vortex code base, and with many generations of the original phoenix code base.
The code was originally written in VB3, and has recently been ported to VB6 (this is really not a speed critical app). There has not been much work done on this app since about 1998, so it may be that the files no longer meet with many of the newer standards of the mudding world. However it is left her (for posterity) for those that used it.
This software has never really come out of beta, due to many reasons, but primarily the fact that I stopped running phoenix. If you would like changes mail me and I will see what I can do (yes I know it looks like a VB3 app that is because it was a VB3 app)
